Steam still down? Ive been back on it for ages?

The best part is the fact that they shut down Steam for maintenanct about 35 minutes later than they said too. :/

Steam is down for maintenance. I checked my e-mail too. They posted a message on SPUF at 4:09PM PST saying Steam would be down for maintenance for a few minutes at 4:10PM PST. Freaking idiots.
