Paint.net file, I'm baffled too right now, I'm not sure whether I deleted .png versions of the diffuse and bump maps and forgot. Oh well, it doesn't matter, I'll convert them from .vtf to .png again as soon as GIMS starts working again and do it properly this time.
I'm no sure why I have .pdn versions of the .vtfs anyway, must have been for some stupid reason.

I'm viewing Nick's top half of his suit in the model viewer and I can see the bump maps are included, and I'm looking at the bump map itself right now and I've found the problem. The bump map is half as transparent than in the vtf, I must have done something wrong when converting the normal maps from .vtf to .pdn.
Well, at least we know I did include Bump maps, I just fucked up incredibly while converting them, Sorry for wasting your time.
Yeah, It's been a while since I've actually touched GTA4, I'm going to open up OpenIV and see what the situation is and if the Bump Maps were included last time I tried, I'll get back to you.

Are you checking that bumpmaps are included with the model and not in the dictionary?
3ds max 2012, I use the material editor included with GIMS to add the bumps.
What version of 3ds max do you have? Are you using the material editor that comes with GIMS to plop on the bumps?
