I got a question for you.

I was discussing it with Megafan on Steam a while ago, but I've always wondered why people rating shit like this funny or winner is alright?

Like, I gather the general consensus is ratings don't matter, but if people get banned for making tasteless jokes at the expense of people sometimes, surely rating things like that is trolling or some shit?

Last thing I'm trying to do is tell you how to run a forum, but it has been bothering me alot lately. Especially when alot of the time it's the same people doing it.
