What you could do is create a variable, call it "%fromDND" (not sure if you still need to prefix with a % these days), set the DND profiles to switch the variable to 1 when it silences and 0 when it unsilences, then from 7:00 to 22:00, if the display is turned on, and %fromDND is 1, unsilence, otherwise don't mess with the audio settings.

It looks like you have it set so Tasker is only watching for display unlock events between 22:00 and 7:00. So if you turn on your screen, and it's like 7:30 or what have you, Tasker isn't going to unsilence your N7 because it's outside of that time range.
