Sorry for not replying on Steam, but the problem seems to be the brackets.
You have it set as:
$model "Body" "Vampire5.smd"

{
$include "flexrules_malevamp.qc"
}

The included QC already has an ending bracket, so just remove the one under the $include line and it should work.
If it still doesn't, try setting it up like this:

$model "Body" "Vampire5.smd" {
$include "flexrules_malevamp.qc"

(Again without an ending bracket, as the QC already contains one :D)

Quick question, whats the best format to export a screenshot (HD) in after effects. I have been extracting in JPEG with maximum quality (12?) and 5 passes, whatever that is. If anyone could throw some advice my way that would be greatly appreciated, since im a noob to editing with photoshop.
