    you're probably having trouble sleeping because of the muscle pain, your GP can give you drugs if you ask him about it. Though that's likely not the only problem with your sleep cycle.

    turn off the PC or TV one hour before you go to bed. It takes at least that long for the brain to reset itself and sleep to kick in. A cup of hot milk before bedtime might also help, as will eating a large meal of carbohydrates, which increases serotonin secretion, helping you to sleep.
