I just spent that much

Well not really, when my GPU died and I got a refund, even though I got the money back, it still counts as paypal sent. so according to paypal, I've bought 2 GPUs, even though I only spent the money for one, but that was only £300 extra.

The verification process messed up, as it thought I had verified according to the control panel, but it was still asking me to verify on the main account page.
I added another bank account and verified that, and now the limit is gone.

It was me who hit the paypal limit.

Otherwise who ever has your YouTube account can see my in my underwear pulling Gaben out my pants? I'm pretty sure you don't want that

Its just I rarely use my paypal so I probably have to authorize a bunch of other crap too.

Sorry, its never asked me about confirmation of ownership before, I've been using dat paypal account for 6 months too.
