Most of the time, the issue of any survivor not holding guns/items correctly or animating properly online is either:

1a) Someone has a custom Zoey model that was not updated for her restored animations after Death Toll's release.
1b) There is a conflicting mod or plug in on the server side.
2) Playing a modified server where a plugin called "CSM" was used - you would then need to pick up another gun/item, or pick up another gun/item and then go back to your previous gun/item.
