I would love to give them independence, but unfortunately I am in no position of making that decision. Sorry :(

you've gotten enough advice from so many people. i don't have the time.

your lines are messy, your drawings and designs are unappealing, the proportions are bad, everything looks really off all of the time, you never improve at all

That is why you research into proper anatomy to see how accurate your work is, get outside perspective, and just take breaks (because it allows you to relax and adjust).

Sure, I'm not an amazing artist but; I guess I have a bit of book knowledge. The biggest issue I can see is that the perspective is off. Like say the bottom left torso, is it meant to be a woman? A fat man? I can kind of tell its a torso but its just sort of strange, like sunken in.

The others seem acceptable so far, the one above the bottom left, has the same issue, the left side seems a bit odd, like the top torso part (pecs) look a bit twisted or something. Like the torso is going in two different directions. I feel this is more of drawing proportion and angling more than it is pure anatomy.

I'd suggest reading up some classical anatomy studies, or looking at real bodies or real people in poses to see how the body shapes and deforms to specific movements.

But you definitely seem to be improving and I don't think its awful work at all.

To be a decent person to others? Nah. Don't need a New Years "resolution" to do that.

You're welcome, I'm just trying to be a decent person to another. I know some concepts about art due to visual hobbies I've dabbled in, but actual drawing I have only recently got into. Nothing I've produced is really presentable. I suppose I could help you to the best of my ability with anything you ask, doesn't need to be art, could be anything.
