Oh goodness gracious, 115 dollars. They do look insanely fancy but that much for a pen isn't what I would in any rate call a reasonable price...

No, just HDD I did have a 60GB SSD I'd consider selling for $30 and 16GB (8GBx2) 1333mhz Gskill rib jaws I'd consider selling.

Your suggested build is terrible everything is old and terrible not even a real upgrade i be surprised if that build can run any modern game on medium or at a reasonable fps.
