Thanks, that did it! Unfortunately it's HUGE (400 kb). Hell, even at 2 colors it's over the limit. I guess transparency adds a lot.

Is there any way to make this smaller?

If you have a larger version of the image, try the method I suggested then rescale it to 80x80. It'll cut down on the artifacts or even remove the issues

Nah it's okay, I wouldn't want somebody to take their time just to do something like that. I'll find out some way of doing it.

Fireworks does the job but not perfectly

The shadows are gone and there is a black outline, I tried fiddling around with it in fireworks I got the same result.

Oh well, looks like I'm going to have a very long few hours.
