Yes, and any permutations that may arise after. Basically gender doesn't really matter to a pansexual, they either find people sexually attractive as a whole or they are attracted to people regardless or gender on a case by case basis. If a bisexual person will fuck anyone they're probably pansexual, if they have qualms with people of ambiguous sex or gender or that identify with people somewhere in between then they are probably firmly bisexual. This is of course different than asexual where people love based on personality alone where sexuality does not come into play at all.
