Ah, yeah, I upgraded from a Core 2 Duo. Loving the i5 2500k. I've got it paired with an ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3, but any LGA1155 socket should work. I got the board for SLI, but the PRO3 is cheaper if you only need one PCI-E x16 slot.

Did you upgrade from a dual core? If so, which one? Is it a 2500k? I want to upgrade soon and I really need to know your opinions on it so that I can be sure that it's worth it, thanks a lot man! (Btw I saw your post in the skyrim thread just so you know)
