Change your resolution to a widescreen ratio. It fixes it for me.

Umm I'm just asking you cause your a gold member and youu probably have a lot of Gmod expierience but.... would you know how to fix this problem:

Whenever I play Gmod either singleplayer or multiplayer, after 5-10 mins my toolbar on the top of the screen that appears when you scroll your mouse disappears and with that also happening, nothing pops up when i press esc. so in order for me to stop playing a game... i have to shut down the whole program using : ctrl alt del. Can you PLEASE help me I don't know how to fix it and its really frusterating me! thanks answer back soon!
