today I ran a mile and a half (that's six laps on a standard 400 meter track) in 9 minutes and 11 seconds

there was an obese girl running the mile and a half, 5 foot 3 and ~200 pounds, she finished in 15 minutes and some seconds

I have an enormous amount of respect for her for not only trying but finishing what she started

I don't know how much you weigh or just exactly how morbidly obese you are and I don't care, if you're still fat you're not trying hard or long enough

giving up after five seconds doesn't count as trying

not angry, disappointed

you don't have to be a fat sack of shit but your mindset is locked in place and you refuse any attempt to change
