I am in the same position as you
Anything I think of, no matter what it is becomes either sexual, destructive,sad,depressing,etc in it's nature due to intrusive thoughts
It kills me as well and it causes me sometimes to fiddle with my pen quite alot and I end up sweating and having my skin crawl sometimes since it's so bad

So we both have the same problem with Intrusive thoughts?

It seemed over exaggerated. You could simply put "I was taught that everyone wanted to hear about my religion and that Atheists were evil people." To me, words lose their power with unnecessary emotion ("The stupidest shit I thought... I would still be an idiot..."), kind of like when someone forces too many swear words into a sentence.
