according to my 300 hours as soldier and fresh memories of getting dominated by aimbots, medics and gunslinger engineers go down in three rockets

two rockets is enough to kill a mini; you have to reload

and yes, the engineer isn't defenseless, that's what I'm saying, he will kill you if you destroy his sentry - this is a rule

what you aren't realizing is how painful it is to take on a minisentry alone, have you ever tried it? have you ever died in mid-rocketjump because someone decided to slap down a mini underneath? have you ever died after firing two rockets at a minisentry, barely surviving, only to get shotgunned or even die to a sentry that just appeared on the same spot?

If not, there's no point in discussing this with you. These are all my experiences with minisentries. They aren't balanced.

also, no other class has an aimbot that works on it's own, so there's no point in comparing the skills needed with other classes

engineer only needs two rockets to go down according to base damage (which you should be close enough to do 90 or more, let alone 75x2)

after you kill the engineer, you still have two rockets, which, the last time I played the game (and for the last two and a half fucking years) was more than enough to kill a mini-sentry

if he uses a wrangler, guess what? the engineer himself is completely defenseless

you underestimate how quick things happen in tf2, you keep referencing time but you have to realize that the engineer isn't some time-wizard that can speed up your death

also, if we're going by pure numbers, we could start talking about how the pyro can take down a heavy in less than two seconds by just holding primary attack

mini-sentries aren't a problem
