Yea cant do anything about the shirt short of keyframing it back in, and the flashes are three frames long from Plasters .gif two of which are white so you cant recover anything from those. I did get a frame before the flash back though, if you look hard you might notice the dithering jump a bit because of it.

    Stands at around 157kb https://puu.sh/vGhqi/9ada7a8b83.gif

I know you didnt really ask me to do any of this stuff but I felt like doing it anyway.

Here is that larger version of your avatar reduced to 160kb WITH MAGIC

    http://puu.sh/vGahM/64b38a659d.gif

should be easy enough to put a border on there yourself.

The original was already under 200kb but if you have the actual original I could try compressing it down to under 200kb

Dithering and also reducing the number of colors the .gif is actually using. Specifically in PS im using "Save for Web" with a restrictive diffusion dither at 65% with 128 colors, you can go down to about 32 without much of an issue. I really wanted to go above 67% dither because it looks a lot better but I simply could not get the size low enough.

according to windows it's under 200kb but who knows, if it doesn't work tell me

eh if the above doesn't work use this one https://cloud.plaster.pw/i/2b056cbdedfd1dbd6c6d43b4b2dcdda1.gif
now I can finally close vegas and photoshop

What I can do however is turn them into an avatar if you want, just tell me who and what should be visible and if it needs a border or not.

I've looked through the files but I can't find anything related to the party so there's that
  9. Plaster
Well if the animation files are there I can make it for you its no problem
Only takes like 15 minutes of suffering but that's OK, its better than just sitting there while listening to music

It is time consuming, extracting the files is the easy part which thankfully in this game is all done with images, before the release I thought they went wild with like splines and shapes, which they kinda do in the game but idk its confusing on how they do the rendering. Anyway after that I had to get it into Photoshop which was a task and a half, had to manually set each layer on and off depending on what frame it is and urggghh what a mess
    But it was worth it

Oh yeah it were those santafied avatars, probably gave the cat a hat or something
