Saint's Row 4 will be to SR3 what SR2 was to SR1. In SR1, you were in Stilwater, and there wasn't a ton to do. then SR2 comes along and fixes that up, and right now it's the best SR game released....

No, there is Backwards compatibility in the form of Gaikai. Basically OnLive but not a laggy piece of junk.
