I did it because no one is able to search all the tools listed below in gmod.org and this package saves time and effort.

I'm pretty sure the coders would want people to download their stuff from their hosted download link instead of some generic pack. And i'm pretty sure a few of these tell you not to reupload them.

I know I know ... but I do not force anyone to download this pack. I revome them if I have problems.

He gave credits to each addon's author. Therefore, he is (kinda) allowed to post that. He WILL have to remove a addon which author says that "I don't want you uploading my addon".

I think yes.

I think its fine, saves downloading 109 different things and its not like he claimed to make any of them. unless an author specifically said "do not repost" you should be ok.

Does the Portal gun actually work?

It might. I have around 100 something addons installed and it takes around 8 minutes for a single player game to load.

Then again, that includes the Wire and PHX SVNs along with a few SWEP packs.
