I've never heard of a game called "Fucking Mario 64" and I probably don't want to know what's it about.

Holy shit, I remember renting Superman 64 once, I ended up calling the video store to ask for a switch.
I don't think I got more then 30 seconds into that game, I cant remember shit about it.

I miss my N64 now.

I loaned it to my brother and he actually fucking lost it... and he had the audacity to rage on me for 'losing' Goldeneye about 4 or 5 years ago (my other brother decided to loan it to someone without telling us. This is how 70% of stuff goes missing in my family), or losing anything :|

I miss back when I used to have frag-fests with friends in Goldeneye/Perfect Dark
If I ever buy another N64 I need to look into the Control Stick replacements, all of mine are worn out.

Actually, random thought. Has anyone ever overclocked an N64?

Why would you need to overclock a N64? It's not like the games got more demanding in the end

Anyway, I feel with you. My brother did that to me as well (lost the N64), we had to buy another one.
But the one we got came with loads of games we didn't have before

Me and my friend just whipped out the old nintendo 64 and started playing International Superstar Soccer. It's alot of fun, we've been playing it on & off since we first got it. :)

Edited:

Paper Mario is definitely my favorite N64 game. Used to rent it a dozen times back in the N64 era and always got only a few chapters in before I had to return it. I was so happy when I got it for Christmas and was finally able to finish it.

I have like 6 N64s btw. My old one from '96 still works, even after being left on by accident for an entire day. If only modern consoles were so reliable.

I clearly recall some games slowing down during heavy action.

I bought another one too, but it has no Expansion Pack

I just bought a N64 Controller on ebay, and the seller said the joystick is tight, so hopefully they weren't lying.
Oh and I bought Donkey Kong 64. I can't wait.

I got my N64 back after not seeing it for 8 years. It was taken by my dad after the divorce.

It was a nice reunion <3.

Indeed it is.
Donkey Kong 64 got here yesterday, but the controller only shipped yesterday.
So I have the game, but no controller.
It's mocking me.

Why did they take the good one: (

Quest 64 was actually fun... Even though it was rather hard.

But I spent some time on Poke'mon stadium, Zelda, Rush 2, and such.

Miss my childhood...

Ah, I vaguely remember Quest 64. Let's see, I have Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, DK64, Excitebike 64, Hydro Thunder, and Blast Corps, the best game ever.

I want to go beat Majora's Mask again. I would say the same about Ocarina of Time but I've beat that game close to 100 times throughout my life, but I've only beaten Majora's Mask like once.

That's exactly how I feel. I think MM will be the next game I buy for my N64, and then Banjo Kazooie.

I still haven't finished Ocarina of time (or Majora's Mask). They came on this bonus disk thingy that I bought with those stars you used to get for buying Gamecube games. I think I actually got stuck in either MM or OoT and just gave up ._.

I have that, too.
MM crashes like crazy, though, but I think I read somewhere that it stops if you turn Rumble off, but I never tried that.

Anyone remember back when this was the only close competition to the PS2?
Back then, it held its own. I'm proud of this little console.

I've been playing Donkey Kong 64, and yes, it's still amazing. The framerate isn't that great, though, but it's not too bad.
