Have you ever wondered why you downloaded all of those addons? Haven't you always wanted to keep them for later instead of having to delete them to speed up your game? Well here is your answer!

Addonissimo is a revolutionary addon that lets you control the loading of your addons in real time! By editing the Extensions menu included with every copy of Garry's Mod, Addonissimo lets you control if you want to:
  • Load an addon only in singleplayer
  • Load an addon only in multiplayer
  • Not load an addon at all!
Using a foolproof interface and installation, never again will you have to constantly move or delete your addons to keep your loading times down and your screen nice and clean!

In the recent release of version 1.3, a new profile system was added to greatly increase your selection of addons depending on a particular server or gamemode!

v1.3 Screenshots:

Installation:
Simply open the zip file and drag the "garrysmod" folder into your 1st garrysmod folder (/garrysmod/garrysmod/), then click "Merge All" when asked.

You are required to download the the Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Package in order to install!

Special thanks to Polly/RaBBish and Chrisaster/Skondra!
v1.35 Changelog
  • Better support for GMT redirection
  • Optional toggle for profile query before joining
  • Realtime addon reloading
v1.4 Changelog
  • Fixes, Fixes, Fixes, and more Fixes.
v1.41 Changelog
  • Fixed addons suddenly disappearing.
v1.42 Changelog
  • Fixed Addonissimo not properly detecting when addons are loading.

Nice job Gbps. However, I don't use many addons so I don't think I will be needing this much.

Uhm, check to make sure you have the Visual C++ Runtime files up to date.

Edited:

Otherwise I have no idea why you would get that.

Yes that one is good. The addonissimo icon is just like that, it's not installed until you see the green checkmarks.

This just might be the best thing ever made.

Wait, what do I have to do to get it to work? I put the folders where they belong, yet my extensions menu looks like it always has.

Post a paste bin of your console, there could be an error.

Also check to make sure lua/vgui/Addonissimo.lua exists.

Ahh, ok.
I just noticed something..
Lua: error loading module 'addonissimo' from file 'h:\steam\steamapps\mannehoe\garrysmod\garrysmod\l ua\includes\modules\gm_addonissimo.dll':
The lua folder it is looking for has a space between the l an the ua, is that what could be causing this?

No, it's because it's missing something only people with Visual C++ have.

You should try this, as the module was built with VC++ 2010.

Why do some people insist on putting everything in SVN? It's useless unless the addon is updated often, which I doubt this is.

If you're getting the missing module error, try this.

The source is the same but I changed some compiler settings to remove a few dependencies.

If it still doesn't work then I have a few more things to try.

Thanks for the link. I didn't know they released new one, but it still doesn't work. I downloaded x64 version as well just in case.

Anyone who had the "The specified module could not be found." error should download v1.1, as it should fix that problem.

Didn't work on mine:
Code:
Lua: error loading module 'addonissimo' from file 'c:\program files\steam\steamapps\nicatrontg\garrysmod\garrysmod\lua\includes\modules\gm_addonissimo.dll':
The specified module could not be found.
This is with v 1.1 and the one Chrisaster compiled - nothing.

Worked, thanks. Great addon! Every coder should get it, so that they can join their dedicated testing server (or listen server) in under 5 seconds. :)

A suggestion for an update: Profiles. So that you can have a "developer" profile that disables all addons except the ones you are developing, and a "gaming" profile that enables all addons again. Saves you from having to double click every single addon each time. :D

Another tip: Right click to bring up a menu to select "icon" instead of double clicking constantly.

MOAR TIPS: Make Gmod not load the invisible .svn folders.
