Another theme I like is called Illumine. It is very minimalistic but the thing I like the most is that I haven't found an app that there isn't an icon for so you don't have that one app that doesn't go with the rest of the theme. Since it doesn't come with a lock screen the Aperture Science lockscreen fits nicely.

Don't suppose you could upload that theme for us? The maker's decided to go donate-only with it so...

Glasklart or Glasklart HD, depending on which device they have.

You can't. Hotmail is locked down from outside apps thanks to Microsoft. You need to pay extra to use POP3 with any Hotmail account.
