yeah I was gonna do her alternate appearances, never liked that weird suit thing she wears in shadow broker, plus I also wanted to do the flexes a little different.
gonna find the rest of the weapons these dudes use and then I'mma go through ME2's to see if they have the same UVs for the troopers or not, and if so will throw them in as skingroups or something when I actually get these dudes into gmod
also any variants in ME2 that aren't in 3 I might port, maybe

Game crashes tend to usually related to skeleton|sequence problems. But I did have one model that crashed because it lacked IKchains.

I'm looking trough all the squad mate packages and I can't find the textures for all the alternative outfits, are they all kept in some separate package or something?
If I remember rightfully, didn't the turians lack their armour in the files? It could be along the similar lines of that.
the two different numbered packages correspond to each of their two standard outfits and so should contain the stuff for each of those outfits
as for the DLC outfits, I haven't yet managed to locate where they might be

Last time I tried to rip models from ME3 (Or at least the Demo) It didn't work..

Getting there with liara, need to re-do the constraints though, they were so bad I couldn't even get any decent in-game pics.
Or maybe I just really, REALLY suck at posing, that's a distinct possibility too. I made my own attempt at re-texturing her sb outfit, since the pink and purple thing they gave us in ME3 is even more bizarre looking than the white and blue.

Yeah, downloaded the new UModel from yesterday (yay) but all textures come out as 32x32.

Honestly, besides FloaterTWOs camp on the armor, I like his more. It seems once you get to the waist, the quality just. . Not good. Will that be fixed? (Come to think of it, it seems ME3s graphics have downgraded. . . The uniforms are pixlized in some parts and good in others.

It's because floater did a lot of the texturing by himself. The actual downgrade in texture quality happened between ME2 and Me1
