I would say lock it as well, but something does seem off, they don't work for me either. Not quite sure why, extracted them normally.

Maybe address that in the first post...

Go to your Browse tab in your build menu and click on "All'. The icons should be there.

They're definitely under Browse in my game, I've used them before.
