Small fonts on small death notices is why you can hardly see them. Choose either for the time being.

Sandman and Scottish Resistance are still barely distinguishable, but I too had to make a choice between style and readability. I'm living with it.

Ah no I customised mine to not use small killicons, it's just annoying. If I asked you to test them for me I'd be sending you probably about 10 different versions every hour or so, it'd be tedious and difficult for both of us.

No way Sandman can ever be distinct really, but if you have the smarts I suggest going into mod_textures.txt and commenting out the Scottish Resistance lines and then uncommenting the Basic sticky bomb launcher lines, that will enable ScoRes style sticky bomb launcher icons.

You could just do "nodraw" on the Gibus, or otherwise make the texture invisible.

Can't we just stop arguing and everyone downloads the mod if they like it and everyone who doesn't like it simply doesn't download it? No matter how much you change it, it'll stay "gasmask-like". If you don't like that, then this mod apparently doesn't fit your taste.
