I don't watch much TV hardly at all but I started watching this per recommendation of a friend. It's a show on NBC, and I'm still catching up by watching season 1 (the show is on season 2 at the moment).
The general plot is a bunch of wash-ups and has-beens are attending college. Not just any college though - community college. Hilarity ensues. I actually LAUGH and I never really laugh much more than a smirk when it comes to TV comedy.
Here's the wiki on it:
Community centers on Jeff Winger (Joel McHale), a suspended lawyer who was forced back into school after his college degree is deemed invalid by the state bar association because his degree is from Colombia, not Columbia University. The series focuses on Jeff's experiences while attending the Greendale Community College in Greendale, Colorado, and the people he meets there. He has an obvious crush on Britta Perry (Gillian Jacobs), a female student trying to get her life back on track, and receives perplexing life lessons from Pierce Hawthorne (Chevy Chase), an aged moist-towelette tycoon who has been married seven times.

I mean, holy shit bro. Chevy chase FTW!
The acting is fantastic, the script writing is witty and funny, the events that happen are sometimes so hilariously close to some events that happen at really community college it's scary, and the characters are relatable. Not to mention that the show never feels stale or re-hashed between episodes, though the show is young considering they just started season 2 this sepetember.
Anyone else seen it?
