Any real Swedish person knows this by heart, but I'm surprised by how many people outside of Sweden who finds the idea strange.

Sorry but this part is going to be in Swedish, too many ingredients that I simply don't know the synonyms for in English...
Smrgsrn + Baconost passade vldigt bra. Digestive och Baconost passade dremot inte lika bra, men fortfarande tbart.
Nr jag var typ 6 r och gick p fritids nr jag var min lrare vldigt frtjust i en ganska underlig kombination ocks... Han tyckte vldigt mycket om mackor med skivad gurka och grillkrydda. Jag kommer inte ihg om han kanske hade leverpastej under ocks. I vilket fall, s kommer jag ihg att det var vldigt gott.
I've never heard of American Dressing, I looked it up and it's something like big mac sauce apparently.
