I know i've seen someone in FP chat with images in their bio. I'm pretty sure it wasn't asci either. I've tried html and bbc, neither worked. How did someone do this?

Chances are it was made during the HTML Code exploit a few weeks back, when HTML Tags were made functional in all chat channels, bios, etc.

I'm gonna resubscribe soon(Haven't played in months) but when I checked out my old alliance, apparently they have 4 systems from 1 and have a outpost.
It would be weird to suddenly rise from the dead and see entirely new people in the corp.

Those are the base points, then you get the points you can redistribute which get you to 20/20/20/20/19

You do realize that mineral prices crashed incredibly due to the recent insurance changes?

And that reprocessing from mission loot can yield a considerable amount of minerals as well?

You can reprocess mission loot. And the drone regions are heavily farmed for minerals (by bots), so not really.
