So my friend wanted to try FAP hack. But I'm worried that FAP hack will get him VAC'd on a multiplayer server. Will he be banned

Yeah, Best hack is your brains and mouse and keyboard. I think it is called "skill".

Lua is something game-based.
Because you are allowed to create addons and mods for GMod, you can also make hacks.
So.. You won't get banned. This doesn't mean that servers don't ban you for hacking.
Some servers have auto-ban (Scriptenforcer), and other servers just ban you because it's too obvious.

Just don't bypass script enforcer and you won't get VAC'd

VAC only detects unauthorized DLLs, memory hacking, and other forms of out-of-game cheating. Saying that you'll get VAC banned for FapHack is like saying you'll get VAC banned for using sv_cheats in singleplayer.

EDIT: VAC does not ban any lua scripts, which of course includes faphack, although you will piss off everyone and will get permabanned

Also, for your question. Faphack is a Lua coded hack so i don't think it can be VAC banned. Other than that Game Hacking is for n00bs.
