That was around 7-9 months ago, and they couldn't prove that North Korea did it on purpose. This is an entirely different situation.

Okay, this happened two hours ago. I think nothing else will happen now, because it wouldn't make strategic sense to let the South Koreans become alert of an attack, you'd do everything instantly.
This is just more dick waving, but this time I think NK went maybe too far, especially since civilian houses were hit.
