They are marketing the shit out of this film. This is a shoe-in for box office records, but I honestly think this film isn't going to deliver as far as quality.
Then again, my vision just goes red anytime I see "Joss Whedon" and the words "writing" or "directing" in the same sentence, so mayhap I'm biased.

This basically more Thor related due to his brother threatening earth again. But

[*]He’s seen an unfinished version of The Amazing Spider-Man and says it is excellent and should quiet concerns over the idea of rebooting the franchise.
[*]They have an option for Whedon to direct The Avengers 2 when and if the time comes.
[*]There are currently no plans to do a new Hulk movie with Mark Ruffalo.
[*]Iron Man 3 starts filming in five weeks in North Carolina.
[*]When approaching Iron Man 3, their gut instinct was to not make it be a pseudo-Avengers 2. It’s a full-on Tony Stark movie.

They’ve amended that but Marvel really cracked the code in terms of ‘Oh, they’re just like us.’ A dose of that sort of veracity that Marvel really started with Iron Man, I think you need to use that as a base.

Well Spiderman is set to appear in Season 2 of Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes the F4 have already showed up, the guardians of the galaxy are also set to show up and Wolverine.

cgi on iron man looks meh, like all of his movies.
however, it always bothered me how the "fake" (cgi) suit always looked more real than the real one

I remember hearing that it was in preproduction, but that was quite a while ago.
Apparently, it was going to be a 100% R-Rated action flick, opening with a 15-minute long clusterfuck of an action scene where everything is either exploding, about to explode, shooting at something, getting shot, or on fire.

I read some of the Deadpool script and it was pretty much cheesy (yet awesome) one liners, swearing and action.

Gotta say, the casting for these marvel films is always perfect. I wish Spiderman and Wolverine could appear in Avengers 2. Like Garfields Spiderman and Jackmans Wolverine. I can't really imagine anybody else doing Wolverine these days. Which is okay.
If Bugs Bunny can appear with Mickey Mouse in Who Killed Roger Rabbit then I can have my damn superheroes together in one film.
