yeah but now im scared to

Speed it up to 5-10 minutes length. Works well enough.
It chops off a lot but you can still see what you're doing.
If it chops off too much speed it to 15-20 minutes making it two videos (unless you can upload videos that are more than 10 minutes long on youtube).
after im done with some commissions I thought I'd record the making of a ZW page.
It's a really long process so that would have to be just for people to see how I do it rather than learn it themselves.
Now whether they actually listen to your words is a different story entirely
I would listen though :3:
i think we can handle some 'ummm's and 'errrrrrrrr's
I remember a video where the person recording slowed it down when they wanted to go into detail on a technique, but overall the video was around 20 minutes long. I think you'd find it easier if you would start out with shorter ones, ~20 minutes of planned talking is going to be tiring.
I'm looking forward to this but not so much for the colouring, I want to see the initial linework for how you set up your scenes and figures
Detlef can you not have something important go on ever again so you can work on your comic and release them at regular intervals?
Not saying that you aren't now, but I swear ever since Tyson Hesse has moved and gotten more popular, there are sometimes month intervals between updates.
pls record you drawing
would help a fuck load
Hey I'm sorry about that ok.
It's spring, I have just finished the last of my media projects and now it's soon time for exams.
But what's really holding me up is that I have had lots of commissions so I can actually make some money.
When I'm done with all that I swear I'll pick up the production on the comic, as well as my other art
What sort of stuff have you been commissioned for?
right now a 4 page comic.
Dunno why but making comics just takes alot of time...
OOOk some stuff I have had time to do the past week/s
might have posted some of this shit before but I want them in my sketchbook anyways
did a screenshot study. I got some new brushes I have been waiting for, and they're so great!
here is the progress of the pic, I want to get better at just blocking everything in and not rely on any lineart
What brushes did you use for that Brad Pitt study?
it's all depends on what you make out of the brushes yourself. some might work for you and some might not, brushes is a real personal thing so u gotta decide that for yourself.
also those brushes didnt really look like adonhis's
like at all.
just dumping some
(yeah I know the coloring is horrible but the client liked it so...)
The arms on your value study could be a bit smoother, they are now a bit blocky. Try to make the transition between the light and dark shades smoother.
The body looks really nice but the hair always looks out of place
can we see the original photo of the value study?
guys guy tonight I-
GUYS listen guys
I wanna livestream a photo study tonight guys, is anyone interested??
is that a yes
ok I guess I'll do it in 5-6 hours or so
I thought making posts for banned people is bannable
Fuck I missed it
well my first stream was a great success I think, it was a great experience (tho I was nervous as shit) I will definitely do it again! was about 10-15 viewers, it was great.
so here is the study I did on the stream, can't be bothered to do the face
a color study I did earlier that day
learning to smooth things out!
