I'll be upgrading my GPU soon. I feel it is pretty strong as it is right now, but as a piece of technology it can always be made better.

It doesn't lie, it tells us what your base clock speed would be if you didn't OC it.

I'm no expert on intel, but I'd say that CPU is likely a bottleneck.

    Taken yesterday:

I have no idea why my temps are so low.

today I have basically the same load, but the ambient temperature is much lower, and I'm getting:
    CPU: 28c
    MOB: 40c
    GPU: 41c

Okay, first off, this program is inaccurate.

    CPU overclocked to 3.2Ghz
My RAM isn't clocked at 638Mhz
Also my motherboard is EVGA x58 SLI3. (Socket 423 wtf)
The 783 GB WD drive is supposed to be 3TB, and the ATAPI iHAS120 doesn't even exist in my system.

The CPU is clocked at 3.02 ghz and the video card is a 6850. I plan to buy a 2500k, 8gb of DDR3 RAM, and a motherboard to go with it come January.

    Edited:

Also, how are these temperatures? Is it safe to overclock my 6850 a little?

    1. Speccy doesn't show overclock. How many times does this need to be posted in the forum?
    2. Your memory is clocked at 2-3x what is shown, this is not a problem with the program and you're not reading it wrong. You're both saying the same things just in two different ways.
    3. Socket 423 is an old pentium socket.
    4. You're doing something wrong.

    Edited:

Can't tell while your system is idling. Stress test your card to see how hot it gets, then work from there.
