Anyways, using an abandoned house as a reference, I'm this far:
EDIT: This is just preliminary modeling, I can't do much with this school's lousy computers. I plan on taking it home to do most of the main work.
I think I overdid the noise actually
To much noise :byodood:
Second Zbrush sculpt, I'm going to rework the model because the details could be better imo. Its not so noticeable in the render.
Maybe I'm just getting to critical after seeing the best Zbrush has to offer.
since the picture features dramatic chromatic aberration.
o god what did i start
what are you using to add the effects if i may ask?
Fucked the arse out of photoshop in these:
First applied noise, then used the noise removal filter, and put everything to the highest settings, except "sharpen details" which I left out untouched.
Then applied three adjustment layers: color balance, vibrance, curves.
Applied two levels of Chromatic Aberration, then made a black layer, and cut out a Rounded rectangle, then blurred it at high level with Gaussian blur, and put it beneath all the adjustment layers.
Also found a dust texture, and used Screen to make it transparent enough, then put the opacity at around 5%, applied a soft vignette effect through "Lens correction"... Wanked of, and called it a day.
done this part probably
I don't like the decal/overlay between the windows. It looks unrealistic.
nVidia, because of you I now need to spend my entire evening trying to make a saxophone, failing horribly and getting no where near the quality of your trombone.
3d digital art v8: blowing instruments
I like the saxophone, but I notice a slight pinch near the base.
IS THIS JUST ME. D:
Yeah, that bottom bend was tricky for some reason, even though it shouldn't be.
Nevermind, I fixed it.
oh i should probably mention that this is a police station during/after a zombie apocolypse
What the hell, i just noticed my post count is almost 2000, and it should be nearly 6000. :saddowns:
Garry removed some subforums and threads so people's postcounts went with them. Mine went from a whopping 82 to what I have now. :D
77 It seems
i lost like 3000 posts
i lost a couple hundred
Working on a face as well.
Oh no, it seems I've lost like 3000 too.
I miss them :(
THE POSTER IS DIFFERENT!!! OMGOMGOMG :3
Looks pretty sweet
It would be nice to see it on some simple tarmac ground.
In the process of making and "Animating" a rubiks cube on Solid Edge ST2. pretty good software, but its not meant for animating, so it is rather annoying having to render, save as image, move a part, then repeat for every 45 degree turn. will upload some images when i can be bothered.
First time ever using Mudbox, or any sort of sculpting program.
WHAT HAVE I DONE
