We're all different and jazz up our food the way we like.
This is my favorite all purpose seasoning,
Great on chicken.
Been trying out Weber's Kick'n Chicken, as to the name, has a nice small kick to it, better when chard.
In other things, i tend to use lemons/lemon pepper a lot. basic onion, garlic pepper, and salt I use too.
What do you guys use?

I like to use citrus, such as lemons. Adds a great flavor to many things. Spices are also great, crushed red peppers are possibly my favorite.

Paprika/lemon juice is always great on chicken.
some nice chicken chunks drizzled in lemon juice. fried, on a salad is one of the tastiest things ever.

Oregano goes great with feta cheese. Just dribble some olive oil on the cheese, then a pinch of oregano and enjoy the salty snack.

Cinnamon master race.

I'm not very outlandish when it comes to spices and seasonings, mainly just mint, salt (especially seasoning salt), and pepper, although I'm starting to uncover my spices cabinet.

I love garlic and black pepper. Especially on chicken.

Citrus juices go well on chicken, but nicely cooked salmon with lemon juice is a wonder to behold.

However, nicely cooked salmon is rare.
I made some tilapia with crushed garlic, and oregano. It was very good. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy lemons...

As a beginner to cooking, my experience with spices has been very experimental, and nothing extraordinarily good has come out of it.

I pretty much always use Sambal Oelek. It's medium spicy and it tastes excellent!

Oh my god that stuff is amazing. I haven't been able to buy it for a while but it makes shit taste so good.

Tikka Tandoori powder goes well on many types of foods; chicken, vegetables and stews are all made better with it. I have a small box of it in my cupboard at all times.

I might try that. I usually just add cinnamon and nutmeg.

CP doesn't necessarily have to have a victim, it's just that 99.9% of the time it does. The thing with pedos is that they've been demonized to be horrible no matter what, and I don't think that's the case.

Whats really nice is some fennel salt to go with a roasted pork belly, or anything pork really. Make it at home, just add about, 2 tablespoons of fennel and 1 tablespoon of salt. Grind up in pestle and mortar, AND BAM! You new have a perfect seasoning for any roasted pork dish.

MSG is the best, cayenne pepper is nice, too.

although garlic is right up there for me, i eat it raw with pesto salads occasionally!

I have found some odd combinations work really well, like a cajun seasoning with lemon and blue cheese sauce (made using blue cheese and cream cheese) is fucking fantastic.
Also I add a bit of chilli to everything, not enough to make it hot, just enough to give it a slight heat.

Try Virginia on ham and beef rolls...Amazing.

I put garlic on just about everything I can. Nothing is better than garlic bread with chunks of garlic on it. Oh man.

I had a rosemary and olive oil flavored ice cream at this local shop the other day. Surprisingly good, though very weird. They also had stuff like goat cheese and fig.

Cooked dark bread with garlic covering and salt....Tasty.

see I don't really like spice mixes because they are usually some ridiculous amount of salt with a little bit of what the label advertises.
my favorite additives: thyme, fresh black pepper and garlic

Saffron, is among my favorite spices. Its got a sweet unique flavor to it, honey like.
The only problem is, its among the most expensive of spices. A pound of decent grade could cost you well over $10,000.

Herbimare tastes good on pretty much any kind of vegetable. No joke.
