    May make such suits?
I was trying to find one a while ago. We really need something better than the Elite model.

That's what SB3 does. This just rides on top of that.

They're a bit too bulky, it'd look weird.

True, but are they correctly rigged? That's the important thing.

    What.
I asked, are they rigged to the Valve biped?

These are already using the same methods of brush based so it shouldn't bee too hard

A new svn update has been released that includes many optimizations and slight changes. It also adds an earthquake random event and a logging system that can be accessed by the clients with a concommand.

Not entirely sure what the problem is, but that doesn't appear to be sizing correctly to my 1024:768 set up.

I will get this fixed as soon as possible, most likely after school tomorrow. Also, working on resource devices and improved loading/inner workings.

What is your FOV set to? It seems weird for it to not be large enough on the sides, when I pull it up at that resolution it just isn't correctly scaled up/down.

Question: What if, say, a server wanted to continue using LS3? Not the base system for surviving, but all the entities that do stuff like create/store energy, and whatnot?

My own server has a Mining Addon that uses these entities, and I would like to possible use your addon on the server, with as few conflicts as possible.

Also, do you have a list of atmospheric lua functions that I could possible reference? For getting the oxygen/CO2, etc, for the different atmosphere entities? Or is that the same as SB3?

Sorry to bombard you with questions, a little bit excited about this. I also would want to know what to do to prepare for it, if addons need to be fixed.

The functions have the same names as LS3 and fully compatible with all of the entities besides the climate controller and such, as I have replaced them. So your mining addon and everything else would work fully. There are no conflicts between my addon and LS3, everything works as normal with them.

Also, if I might make a suggestion: I think some people will still want LS. It's a fun system to work with, especially if you can customize it properly.

Why not code in the non-LS version, and have it be active or in active with a convar? So servers who don't want to use it don't have to, and those who do can? I don't know how the current system works, so I can't be sure, but I don't know if this would be very difficult or not to pull off.

Set to 90, although one of the people I'm playing with has his field of view set to 90 and it's working fine. Setting it to 75 seems to have worked. Also, what is replacing the climate controller?

The LS Core in the entities tab. It acts like the climate controller but for an entire ship/station and only on the inside.

I have no issue with SBEP doors. I do however have issues with the part spawner. I think it's the habitable module thing that gets borked.
you shouldn't be using habitable modules anyway... you should just be using props and using the entity mentioned earlier...

    Just a quick thing guys.

If an idiot comes on to the server mentioned in the OP and makes trouble and there are no admins on, please record their Steam ID, name, and what they were doing (possibly with screenshots) and post it on our forums so one of the admins (such as I), super admins or owners can deal with them.

If it gets bad enough and needs immediate action, you can add me or another admin/owner to Steam to contact them directly.

(To get someone's Steam ID, type "status" into console if you didn't know.)

I like the old-style Resource Pumps (way more satisfying and realistic than the new, resource-teleporting ones), but I was thinking of this guy I know who has a drone carrier that recharges the drones when they are docked, so how about the pumps have a Entity input so you can automate recharging your stuff?

I'd say that would be way cooler if you did it mechanically. I really want the old pumps back too.

Once again here is your SVN update info. Suit color customization was added, a bug was fixed involving rings breaking the planets, and the add-on no longer sets your health to 100 at spawn, preventing it from overriding any other add-on.

The suit color thing reminds me, the Combine Elite spacesuit renders cloaking devices useless because it doesn't change material/alpha along with the player. :smith:

CmdrMatthew could I use some of your coding for a project I am working on, and does anyone know how I can add a sound when you take off and put on the helmet?

Sure feel free to, just be sure to give credit. Just don't release a copy or anything, which I'm sure your not going to do.

    Edited:

Also, I will try to add a sound to the helmet. Do you mean like a hissing sound?
