I strongly recommend you try Pistacchio ice cream. I ate shitloads of it when I visited Sicily and it was the best ice cream I've ever tasted. It was some small family shop where they made their own ice cream at, it was located in the higher areas of Sicily near an old Roman amphitheater.

Oh man, I need to remember to take pictures of my food when I'm in Italy.
Italy had seriously the best food I have ever eaten. We were in some small villages in Piemont. One night we stayed in a Hotel called Casa Pavesi(google if you want to) with a castle nearby. They had a resturant in this castle. I don't know if it was temporary or not, but this was some top notch star food. With a little sweet and fucking good dessert-wine which name I can't remember.

We also were at the lago maggiore which made the food even more of an experience.
I hope you like it and enjoy your food like I did.

Where will you be going to, by the way?

I've had an obsession with making chicken and chicken sandwiches recently. Cravings, I suppose. Anyway, here are some pictures:

Both are of grilled chicken in a marinade of my own recipe.

An added bonus, just finished minutes ago, some dinner rolls:

Turtle Cheesecake. I couldn't find pecans so I used walnuts instead.

    Pancakes.

Chicken wings, i put too much salt in the batter but they were still pretty good. I made the sauce from scratch, I have no idea whats in it but thats half the fun!

It's 5:25am, I'm hungry, I need something microwave-friendly and I have some wieners and ham.
I'm thinking wieners wrapped in ham and microwave that.

    Edited:

It might not look much, but it's actually pretty brilliant considering it only took me a few minutes to set it all up.

    Spaghetti Carbonara
uhm... for one that's not spaghetti. and two, i'm pretty sure that's not carbonara. i can't see any sort of thickness to it and there's no ham. i'm very interested to see what kind of recipe you used. is that pepper in there? or tomato/chilli or something?
    also coriander and carbonara??

it looks tasty, i'm not denying that, but it is not spaghetti carbonara. in any form.

They are honestly the best pancakes I've had. I add in a little bit of vanilla extract as well so they're a bit sweeter.

And the wings were really good, though a tad salty. That's probably my favorite thing to make, I love experimenting with the sauce. The base is always the same, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, habaneros, jalapenos, garlic/garlic powder, then I throw in whatever spices or anything really, I think those ones had molasses in them because I didn't have honey on hand, it was totally a good substitution.

it's considered industry standard. but to be honest, i've been studying on a vaio for the past 2 years and have only just started to find it *slightly* limiting. my main problem at the moment is not having any form of FontBook... and having over 2,500 fonts with windows is painful. i've seen a couple of programs that try to be FontBook but they're all pretty poor and it's quite irritating.

Seems like a nice recipe, but you shouldn't use the egg white, only the yolk. Also, parsley is a must in my opinion.

The plate is much smaller than it seems. I didn't have a big plate to use at the time. A few of them did rise more than I wanted, but most of them are great.

Oh dear, we just bought ribs for the first time in my life.
    Damn those things are good.

But before I go on, I have to say this.
I don't eat spicy anything, ever. Nothing at all.

So the sauce that came with the ribs, it's just absolutely at the maximum I can take and still enjoy it.
And I also have french fries. So I tried dipping them in it.

I started eating like 30 minutes ago. My stomach is literally telling me to stop but my brains are just like om nom nom nom nom more french fries. I will never eat after this, ever again.
