Just boosted my snatch to 50kg's today. Not bad for 2 weeks. Funny thing is that I thought it was 45kg's at first, but found out after the lift it was 50.

Haven't posted for a while. But here's my progress. A bit more than a year ago i started lifting and weighed at around 110 LBS, 67 Inches @ 15 years old.
Weight: 140 LBS
BF: Around 11-12%
Height: 68 Inches
Squat: 255 1RM
Deadlift: 305 1RM
BP: 165 1RM
OHP: 115 1RM
I do mostly OLY lifts and and exercises that help with OLY lifts. I barely bench that's why my bench is so low :/

Squat: 495+ 5 reps, usually do 10 8 6 6 10 pyramid
Deadlift: 6-8x3 at 525
BP: 310 6-8x5

if you`re pushing like 230 on bench and do that for 3 weeks because you can only get 5 reps out of it and instead of increasing the weight you want to increase the reps to 6-8, you ain`t gonna be lifting as heavy as me any time soon. if i was pushing 230, even if i could only get 5 reps i`d increase the weight the next week. unless my reps drop down to like 3 or something then just increase that shit
