what the hell is "press"
I guessed he meant Overhead Press, but I dunno.
Is there an option, not overhead?
Bench: 60 :(

Someone here is clearly new and doesn't know bout my genetically fukd shouldurrs
Unless you weren't actually saying I was photoshopping my shoulder to look bigger.
Been on 5x5 for 4,5 week.
Im 5,8 and weighs 147
Starting weights 5x5:
Milli press 66lbs
Milli press 88lbs
Im getting stronger and stronger.. luv it!
I can bench like 70lb, been working out for a month, I weigh 140.
Is this really really shit? I always feel like it's a terrible amount.
It has to be said that i used to work out pre summer holiday, then stopped and started up again 4,5 weeks ago.
So no, its not really that shit ;)
Weight 150 lbs
Height 5 foot 6.
Squat 270lbs 5x5
Overhead Press 115 5x5
Deadlift 225 lbs 1x5
BP 150 5x5
Bent over rows 150 5x5
I wish there was a gross looking body rating.
Shoulder Press: 140
Well that's encouraging, I guess...
The amount you lift isn't important, it's the amount you improve.

yeah, my appendix burst and i walked around with it like that for almost 2 weeks. I lost about 40lbs and had some pretty major surgery. I don't know my stats for sure but thats just what im guessing. I might be stronger but I doubt it. Everything went down about a plate im assuming.
Sorry to hear that, buddy. I hope you have a speedy recovery and get back to lifting what you used to
Ye so like
Weight: 72-74 kg (I can't remember now jesus christ)
but here's the thing
I struggle with benching 40 kilos (that's like uhm 88 pounds?)
I'm thinking of doing strength training rather than trying to get BEEGER first
WHaT sAy the gurus of the forum (first time I've actually participated in gym activities in mein life, been working out for 4 weeks)
Strength for about a year or a year and a half, then use volume training.
Kind of pointless to get volume without a base.
also for the record I've only done strength specific training and it works fine for hypertrophy except for my chest evidently.
Wow it may be blatantly obvious to you, but I don't really ~KNOW SHIT~
I have only really been strength training and I have seen improvements :~)
Repped my old bench max 5 times today for the last set of my 3x5.
Squats are slowly going up (just finally fixed form problems and began going past parallel)
Oh and ive gained around 14 pounds in 2 months, and my arms are looking swole as fuck compared to before
Current stats here for you guys!
Height: 5, 9"
