Nope, would just want to look like that one day (though inch shorter).

Why not be BIGGER

GO BIG, GO STRONG, GO HARD

i'm european yo. currently still bulking, but steadily
I'm about to go so hard this year, I have no option to otherwise.
talkin' bout your penis rite?
nope school. I have no money and basically my only option to go to school out of debt is to have a really really good season.
Edited:
money makes the world go round
so here's a photo of my bulking progress. dat optimistic abs tryin to fight the bodyfat :(
FOR THOSE GOING TO SAY I'M SKIPPING LEG DAY, I'm actually working hard on my leg day, but at the moment my quads aren't as strong as my hamstrings because of an imbalance 2 years ago when I torn some ligaments while rollerblading. I CAN STILL DO A 7 REP MY OWN BODYWEIGHT, so fuck off, they're pretty strong.
Chill man you lOok good lol
lol 7 rep bw squat at what 200lbs lol. strong squat........
wtf i squat ur moms bodyweight lol
5'9.5"
180LBs
5x500 Deadlift
6x335 High Bar Squat
6x250 Bench
6x200 Dumbell Overhead Press
6x225 Bent Over Row
well, I don't yet have such a strong lower back, and seeing that my knee injury really made my quads imbalanced vs my hams.
one day I'll double this, so don't worry.
babby legs stop skipping leg day yo
i'm not :(
reach your goals. stop with the excuses it pisses me off.
this
i broke my knee cap and stretched all my tendons out and I still squat with honor
i squat with honor too. i am aware my legs aren't well developed mass-wise yet. i am only improving anyway.
CRINGECRINGECRINGECRINGECRINGE
They're not well developed strength-wise either my big nig.
Well, I have to agree to a certain extent. It's been 4 months without actual serious leg training, and also without inline skating.
I used to go once a week on a 20km marathon as quick as I could. My current registered top speed is 42km/h on flat. Can keep that for a couple of minutes.
But I have to admit, my last leg training session, I squatted my own weight without a belt, because before that I needed one for these kinds of weights. I guess strength comes faster than I thought.
you either agree or you don't. there are no half truths. agree and be freed from ego and the chains of human weakness yada yada
I AGREE TEACH ME MASTER
On a serious note, what happens if my vision of truth actually makes me to accept the level of fitness for myself as pretty good?
Then that's entirely fine, if you're feeling good about yourself, all the power to you, if you're working out to look good and you're at that one level of fitness you really enjoy then that's a great thing and I'm very happy for you.
Just don't expect to awe us by doing squats at BW for 7 reps and then claim your legs are "pretty strong".
pretty good? that's like saying i'm "half lean". the fuck is half lean? you are either lean or you're not. sure, life isn't all black and white however when it comes to stuff like this, stuff that take effort, dedication, determination, consistency it only goes one way or the other - the highway or some holy, sweet sweet vagina. there are no shortcuts, there's no "i'm satisfied with how i look" it's all bullshit especially when it comes in the form of "pretty good" and statements like "i squat bw 7 reps, and i am not saying this to impress you because i am satisfied with how i look, no way, i feel completely and fully in love with my own body"
cut the bullshit and achieve greatness. be real.
lol what the fuck y'all criticizing like you yourselves would be mr perfect ethics
i wasn't really stating i am half lean, the best or whatever
i was just saying one simple thing: i don't want you guys to start the skipping leg day bullshit. sorry for the unnecessary details
In the mountains of Montana, every day is leg day.
I think it has more to do with the tone of your post where you posted a picture of yourself, specifically the end part of it about your legs.
"I CAN STILL DO A 7 REP MY OWN BODYWEIGHT, so fuck off, they're pretty strong."
7 reps at BW just happens to be really weak and then you go and tell us to "Fuck off" before we say anything saying that they're pretty strong (Which is false).
unless you meant you squatted a 180lb barbell 7 times
i squat atg with a barbell
180lb, plates on a bar
but i'm doing 5 sets with 7 reps each, then i'm off for the rest of my training on the press and shit
Trying to bulk, currently thin as all hell 125lb 5'8".
that's great man, i don't see why people are criticizing so much unless they thought you were squatting without any added weight(calisthenics) in which case 7 reps would be incredibly weak
i have no idea why, for a moment there, i thought you were talking about kettlebells and i was like: that's heavy.
talking about calisthenics, i am working really hard to be able to try out the muscle up when hot weather starts to kick in. my current goal is one strict muscle up.
squatted 405x2 ez as pie.
feels good mang, could've done 3 or 4 but I got lazy. Working my way back to 500, on the road to 600.
