But I hope Portal 2 has music in certain parts, like Half Life 2 does. (Finally played it recently, it's fresh in my mind.)

I don't really see the point in having a pre-order list, we aren't any more special than somebody who buys it when it's launched.

Yes we are, because we get to play it as soon as it's available, especially for Steam users.

If Gamestop gets it on time, all Gamestop preorder people also get to play it right when it comes out (if they go early enough to the store)

Game comes out on the first day of spring break for me. I just have to get it onto my computer without internet.
(which is quite easy actually)

No it isn't, you will need to sign into steam to verify the game if you bought it retail, after that it needs to download.

It was like that on Half Life 2, so even if retailers sold it early, people couldn't install the encrypted game until the true release, then steam would decrypt it for you
Disclaimer: HL2 was the last steam game I bought from a retailer, so I don't have encryption experience with the orange box, l4d ect

Alright PSN Qore Portal 2 episode should be going live very soon, I will report back if it has any interesting info. I don't have any way of getting it off my PS3 so your going to have to wait till someone else uploads it to YouTube, sorry.
