We do need a bad reading rating, but for your post, not mine. That video came out before the character roster was cracked. Only four of the ones I mentioned were even shown in that trailer. The rest of the roster was leaked and Capcom confirmed them. That's the full list, unless Capcom intends to add more. But they said twelve. Look it up.

I know that. I meant that they might pull something along the lines of an "Arcade Edition" trick and add the other heavily wanted characters as a DLC pack, exclusive to UMVC3. Or release them as individual DLCs.


Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is going to retail at 39.99$, as a full, separate game.

Their UV maps are broken/dont export. Tried with all the diferent formats to export from Noesis. Maybe checking "UV flip" it work.

That's what I had to do for Tron Bonne's model.

Yep. Checking UV flip in Noesis it made work.

So after rescaling the model to a female_01 size, fixing a problem with the textures, and finally solving a problem with the number of poligons (unlike Felicia and Morrigan, Lei-Lei have more of 31000. But that doesnt explain why doesnt allowed me to compile it, when i compiled similar models with those numbers of polys), i took a pic in HLMV:



As you see, their arms are TOO LONG, so i think that isnt posible make a playermodel (unless an expert modeler take it and reedit the mesh).

I dont have interest on make Lei-Lei, so i´ll upload the compiled model with the core files and all the textures.

This pack includes ALL the files from the .ARC file, the compile files ready to compile it and the compilated model to test it in game.

The compiled model isnt prepared for use it in Garrysmod or another Source game/mod. She only has a basic rig with a HL2 Valvebiped skeleton, so expect a bad looking model in game.You must improve the rig and add jigglebones, eye and faceposing (if you want make it better).

I didnt added to the model the eyelash texture, so you will have to add it in a 3D model tool like 3DS Max, XSI or similar.

I fixed apparently all the issues with the textures, but maybe i left something to check. I dont know.

Well, hopefully all the characters can be acquired, followed by Ultimate's new characters. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would love to see Phoenix Wright enter the world of Gmod...I can only just imagine what that would lead to...

And then of course, the inevitable DLC characters OR Super Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3/ UMvC3 Arcade Edition release, will provide with four more characters or so most likely little less than a year after UMvC3's release, if even.

Not that I mind really. If the Arcade Edition or whatever other expansion they are inevitably planning adds Megaman X, Protoman, Sigma, Bass.EXE, Vile, or any somewhat decent Megaman character, I'll be happy with it. There are some other characters I'd like to see, but if they have even just one new decent Megaman character, especially X, that would seal the deal in itself right there.

As I said, only Tron Bonne for now. I don't have plans to port any other character from Marvel vs. Capcom 3 at this current time.
