I call the period when GM used this body style as the "What the fuck were you thinking" period. IMO this is one ugly ass car style; and they didn't use it just once, but in a lot of the cars they made during this time frame.

Now, I know I have seen that without plastic all the way around, but that may not be a dealer thing. Its not really a rally type of SUV, even in a videogame! In Gran Turismo 4, it does not have enough juice in the arcade version.

I don't get what it is, cars are looking shittier and shittier now. I don't get why all the minivans and SUVs suddenly got really boxy again, except this time it's the shitty kind of boxy, not the kinda good kind of the '80s and '90s SUVs and minivans.

I find it sad that the Flex was supposed to be the replacement for the Windstar/Freestar from Ford. I think I'll keep my 8 year old Windstar, TYVM.
