personal opinion: i think this may be a way of saying there are no "spies". there are a few people in irc talking like they're part of the arg, but i think valve is trying to tell us that they're not real. they're only watching the channel, not actively participating in it.

Episode 3 is actually Bioshock 3 where we return to Rapture, where we find the Borealis.

i'm not saying it isn't ep3, but portal does take place in the half-life universe. and this whole thing does have a lot of portal overtones in the first place.
