Re-stating
Someone on SPUF found out that the Resurrection Associate Pin is level 13, whereas the companion cube pin is level 20, the resurrection associate pin is level 13, Potato Sack bundle has 13 games. Lets put this together.

Person gains RAPin, level 13, person also has Potato Badge on their Steam Profile.
So did they complete it or something?

Im pretty sure you need to put the right password in at the aperture login page to get it. Both are linked to your account. One person who has the pin posted a screenshot of the login thing, then right after posted getting the pin.
