Has anyone considered putting the .bsp files into another source game, just to see what happens?

I would do this, but I uninstalled all my other games to make room for portal 2, and I can't be bothered to install them.

A friend tried, he said the first time it loaded, but then crashed as soon as it would have gone ingame, then after that it didn't even bother loading, just said it couldn't identify it as a BSP file or something like that. I'm guessing they're encrypted.

Portal 2 just got free advertising from Entertainment Tonight Canada, there's a free couple million more views for them. :lol:

Some girl was talking in a trainstation and a train pulled in with PORTAL 2 plastered across it then sat in the background for the rest of the shot.

And before you ask I don't watch ET it just happened to be on while I was eating supper.

I think I'm gonna email Amazon, see if on the off-chance Portal 2 is released on Friday, if I get it shipped to me then.

I'm paying for Release-Day shipping for the PC version, of course (comes with a CD Key, security purposes), so I think I'd better.

If I can't, I still have till Friday to make a decision about canceling that order and just pre-ordering straight through Steam.

There is a way you can make a Steam game look like another stream game, you have to edit the Gameinfo file or something.

It was fun to play, amazingly responsive and it uses magnets, not cameras, not sensors, I'll definitely pick it up because apparently you can integrate the controller by taking 20 minutes and implementing code from what they told me.
