His only game is Portal First Slice, and he signed up to Steam the same day those screenshots were taken.
Well, you can do that with the local folders/files that are saved on your PC.

Well the thumbnails are generated by steam its self, they're in a folder in the folder the screenshots are taken. he could have replaced the main screenshots with those pictures with the same name.

I'm pretty sure screenshot thumbnails don't suddenly change to pictures of a entirely separate game.

Have you seen those images before? Why are there tags in the background of some kind? It's probably not some troll. Plus Dinosaur, it reads back to the first ARG for P2.

Ok. I'm going to help you out. I had the same problem. In the folder where you put the saved game you downloaded, there should be a file named UDKAchievements.ini . Open that, and ctrl-F to find encrypteduserid. Copy that number. Then open the save file and ctrl-F to find encrypteduserid again and paste over that number with the one you copied. Search for all the userid lines and replace them.
Then load up The Ball, load the first save game, stay underwater till you take damage, then run through fire once, then get the proper distance from the ball (233? it'll turn blue if correct) and wait.
