They gave a free copy to all beta participants.

A shame this game never really succeeded. It had a great concept along with plenty of original concepts in multiplayer, but it suffered from a lot of polish issues and virtually no marketing.

APOX is a nice idea, an RTS meeting Fallout, but it was just too low budget with too many cut corners
