But first things first. open all the crates. Then ask lancer if their's a hospital nearby.
It wouldn't hurt to have painkillers or maybe morphine for any of these procedeures so that Sarah wouldn't be in excrusiating pain.

and i dunno if you remember but when we were stufk in the aromry and found the pro v9 rovar posted a "weaponstest? and someone asied that could the victim be revived with vitae and rovar said that " maybe if they used a "barrel" of the stuff on him" and gound from that we have a (full or at least a half) barrel dumpster of the stuff and it that wont work out we could sell it as a " cure all wounds spa"

When it was said that the virus reproduces through cells, I don't believe it was meant to be just the blood cells. While dialysis is a good idea, how are we going to stop the virus from spreading to the rest of her body? Most likely she's already got some of the symptoms of zombification. If anything the best way to stop the spreading would be to cut it off at the source but seeing as how it's not only on her head but the virus has been given a long amount of time to spread, which means it could be all across her body and just starting to take effect slowly by reproducing using her cells. Dialysis would only slow it if anything for just an hour or two as the virus would quickly infect the new blood and fill out its process just as before.
Then again, that's how i'm looking at it. If it needs a cure then something as simple as dialysis has no chance of working as there would be people trying it at their first oppurtunities. And I'm sure that the method would have spread and become as common knowledge as the actual cure itself. Even David would have told us if it were possible.

Maybe we should tell them, that we are a killing machine, made to kill everything we see, we already killed around a thousand soldiers and zombies, so we probably wouldnt slow them down....
And the other thing...we have(had) 24 hours...PLEASE do something with the bunch of vitae we have and Sarah! Anything!
And forget the dialysis...if we build the "machine" of the things we find around, we'll do more harm than help....

Making that dumpster a make-shift furnace for Sarah would pretty much fry her entire body, probably including the cells. Provided the brain doesn't liquefy, or isn't severely damaged, the virus should have been burned out, along with the majority of the internal cells. However, the Vitae should be able to replicate the burnt tissues, allowing her body to start reproducing cells, provided she is given supplements or we're really damn lucky.
But, if the brain's damaged, she comes out as a veggie... or lobotomized, anyway.

Just go back to Sarah and do what is said above. And tell David to make shure that Steve doesn't blow his brains out when you do it.

why do you wait to find something to cure sarah if she is not with you right now and if she cannot walk grab her i know you are not so strong but at lest take her with you and if you have a map cant you see it to look for the nearest hospital

well there might be a hospital (that depends on rovar he makes the city) but it may be destroyed but we could still find usefull equipment there but i agree with you we must *this breaks my heart* kill sarah :'(

Hey, I've been asking if their was a hospital but like rovar said the city was fucked so that went down the drain. so might as well give her the best you can do.

There IS a way to save Sarah.
There IS a hospital. Although, it's only good for finding supplies. If it hasn't been looted already.

What you have to do is kill her while she's still human, wait until all the virus cells in her body dies, and use the vitae to revive her! It can't get simpler than this.

Actually if she was immune to it, rovar wouldn't mention "saving her" if she doesn't need to be saved.
And I really don't think people can just develop immunities to such strong viruses.

Hmm, maybe we can kill 2 birds with one stone on this one.
Since going to the hospital will take time and risk, we would have to just kill Sarah.
On the bright side, we can just tell Steve that she is okay but you sent her to that hospital and she will be better once she comes out.
When this whole mess is over, Steve (and others) will most likely be dead, so you don't have to give him grief anymore. However, if he isn't, just say Sarah is in a lot of trouble somewhere off where you and Steve Mike can't go there without spending some time.
If he keeps on asking, tell him the truth.
See? Problem solved.

Shoot sarah in the head, make sure she is fully dead. But don't destroy her head, we need to leave a part of her brain. Then use Vitae to revive. It will work, remember, we revived David when he had half a brain and was shotgunned to the face.

Clearly the logical choice is to ask these guys if they want to tag along to the hospital to kill more zombies. I know they said they didn't want to team up, but maybe if it's for the good of de-braining zombies, they'll agree. I'm not suggesting they become a permenant part of our team, but if they want to stay within 10 feet of us and shoot all zombies in sight, I wouldn't be opposed to it ;)
If they disagree, go on your merry way to the hospital.

Yeah, pretty much the only thing you could do right now is:
a) what people have been saying already; shoot sarah but save her head for vitae
b) screw Sarah (not sexually) and leave her for zombification so you can go to the next place
c) kill Sarah and go to next point of interest (namely fighting the Fallen battlegrounds)

well thanks to respond to my post i like to say that i dont know much about this interactive but as i know there is a guy trying to find a cure why dont you bring sarah whit him to study the infection inside her, that may not save her but may save many others and the zed may not be a problem from there on

I'm not telling you or giving hints on how to save Sarah. Methods may be unconventional or kind of... "Hidden."
You CAN save her though. But, you may have read wrong, it may not be at the hospital. Or, it could be.
